Job Description
- Build marketing across APAC for a global MNC from India \n
- Highly hands on role with cross-market exposure \n\n
- Drive end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across APAC markets. \n
- Plan and manage events, conferences, exhibitions, and leadership programs from concept to execution. \n
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for logistics, production, and on-ground delivery. \n
- Support the APAC Marketing Head in implementing regional marketing strategies and campaigns . \n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop marketing content, presentations, and collaterals aligned with business objectives. \n
- Manage event calendars, budgets, and timelines , ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI. \n
- Collaborate with in-house design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output . \n
- Handle on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination and stakeholder experience. \n
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations . \n
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring in fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing activities. \n\n
- 8-10 years of marketing experience in PR agencies, professional services, financial services, acturial services, banking, event management firms. \n
- Strong experience in on-ground, execution-heavy marketing roles . \n
- Proven track record in managing events, conferences, and multi-market campaigns . \n
- Excellent vendor, stakeholder, and project management skills . \n
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in unstructured environments. \n
- Strong learning mindset and curiosity to explore new domains. \n
- Good sense of content, communication, and brand positioning . \n
- Comfortable working across geographies and cross-functional teams .
