- Drive 10x user growth in 6 months and 50x in 12 months through creative, non-traditional strategies. \n
- Design and implement scalable referral programs to leverage word-of-mouth. \n
- Develop and execute viral growth hacks, social media campaigns, and exclusive events. \n
- Build partnerships with premium establishments frequented by target users. \n
- Own onboarding flows, interact with users, and refine growth strategies based on insights. \n
- Continuously adapt growth playbooks as the company moves toward product-market fit. \n\n
- 1-5 years of professional experience in a ConsumerTech startup/Chief of Staff role/Consulting. \n
- Proven exposure to consulting or startup ecosystems. \n
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. \n
- Creative problem solver with exceptional execution skills. \n
- Strong consumer insight and an eye for detail and taste. \n
- Worked on 0→1 growth projects for a consumer tech company. \n
- Ex-founder who grew a consumer app organically. \n
- Leadership roles in college councils or large-scale festivals.
