Job Description
1. Food Safety & Compliance \n

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards \n
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation practices across kitchen and service areas \n
- \n
- Develop and implement quality control procedures \n
- Monitor food preparation, storage, and service to ensure consistency \n
- \n
- Conduct internal audits and inspections \n
- Coordinate external audits and ensure corrective actions \n
- \n
- Maintain SOPs, hygiene logs, temperature records, and audit reports \n
- Ensure proper documentation for compliance and certifications \n
- \n
- Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards \n
- Conduct regular awareness sessions and refresher training \n
- \n
- Identify gaps in operations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) \n
- Reduce wastage and improve efficiency \n

- Evaluate and monitor suppliers \n
- Ensure quality of raw materials and storage practices \n
