- Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans and strategies. \n
- Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations. \n
- Identify and assess areas of risk within the property and real estate development operations. \n
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. \n
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. \n
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. \n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing. \n
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance and control measures. \n\n
- Chartered Accountant Qualification \n
- 5-8 years of post qualification experience \n
- Strong knowledge of internal audit procedures and risk management practices. \n
- Experience in the property and real estate development industry. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. \n
- Proficiency in relevant audit tools and software.
