Role : ServiceNow - ITSM Analyst (Contract)

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
\n - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or tools like BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Cherwell.
\n - Experience in ITSM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Reporting).
\n - ITIL Foundation certified (or higher).
\n - Exposure to CMDB and service mapping concepts.
\n - Experience in regulated environments (SOX, SOC, HIPAA if applicable).
\n - Experience in CAB setup/improvement and Problem Management rhythms.
\n - Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
