About the role
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Dashboard Development:
\no Create and maintain comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards that track key compensation metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
\no Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting.
\n2. Cost Forecasting and Reconciliation:
\no Conduct cost forecasting to project compensation expenses accurately, aligning with budgetary goals.
\no Perform regular reconciliation of compensation-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial reports and budgets.
\n3. Data Management and Operations:
\no Manage and maintain compensation data integrity across systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
\no Streamline data processes to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
\n4. SAP SuccessFactors Support:
\no Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on digitization requirements and system enhancements.
\no Assist in the generation and release of compensation letters, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
\n5. Payroll Inputs:
\no Collaborate with the payroll team to provide accurate and timely inputs related to compensation changes, bonuses, and other incentives.
\no Ensure payroll processes align with compensation policies and regulations.
\n6. Invoicing and Compliance:
\no Assist in managing invoicing processes related to compensation initiatives and ensure timely payment.
\no Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
\n7. Compensation Planning:
\no Collaborate with the Rewards Manager in developing and implementing compensation strategies and plans.
\no Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and recommendations.
\n8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
\no Work closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and objectives.
\no Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and employee rewards.
\nWho are we looking for?
\nEducation and Experience:
\nBachelors/ Masters degree in Management/HR with 2-5 years of experience in a compensation support role.
\nSkills:
\nExperience of using SAP Success Factors (EC + Compensation Module)
\nFunctional knowledge of Power BI
\nStrong analytical skills
\nAttention to detail
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
\nStakeholder management & interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
