We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

- Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance \n
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue \n
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance \n
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of outlet staff \n
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies \n
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability \n
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing initiatives and special events \n
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment \n
- Implement and monitor quality control measures for food and beverage offerings \n

- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry \n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills \n
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable dining experiences \n
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite \n
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards \n
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting \n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays \n
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) \n
- Certification in food safety or restaurant management (preferred) \n
