Job Description
- Support & Maintenance of FIS Trax & FIS Quantum \n
- End-to-End Ownership of Treasury & Payments Platforms \n\n
- Configure and enhance FIS Quantum (Cash/Liquidity, Deal Capture, Market Data, Accounting). \n
- Own incident, problem, and change management with clear SLAs. \n
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, jobs, interfaces; perform RCA and permanent fixes. \n
- Coordinate with FIS and bank partners for defects, upgrades, and patches. \n\n
- 5-12 years hands‑on experience with FIS Trax and FIS Quantum (implementation + L2/L3 support). \n
- Understanding of treasury processes: cash positioning, liquidity, FX/MM/IR products, accounting flows \n
- Proven production troubleshooting across multi‑tier systems. \n
- Supports global regions with occasional off‑hours release/support.
