Role: Delivery Head - Telecom
\nLocation: Bangalore
\nResponsibilities:
\n-Accountability for ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of operations, solutions and projects within the business unit
\n- Ensure delivery of support at highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance to the support SLA
\n- Encourage and empower teams to provide sustainable solutions for customers
\n- Monitor, support performance and optimize support operations to deliver value
\n- Regular reviews of support relationship with all customers
\n- Ensure continued growth of institutional knowledge, support knowledge base, and support tools
\n- Engage with partners to expand and enhance delivery capabilities
\n- Continuous optimization and improvement of support operations
\n- Meeting Technical Services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-set
\n- Monitoring customer project progress and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction though
\n- Build knowledge bases and best practices across the board to ensure success of Technical Services delivery
\n- Build customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellence
\nDesired Profile:
\n- Proven experience of hands-on managing engineering projects of an organization of 600 + FTE and or high business impact engagements of a similar size
\n- Experience managing Telecom projects
\n
