- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business strategies. \n
- Assist business in Bid/No Bid decisions \n
- Advice teams in audits, tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements. \n\n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in financial management and reporting within the Professional Services industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. \n
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively. \n
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
