- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial data to support decision-making for potential investments. \n
- Develop actionable strategies to enhance value creation across portfolio companies, focusing on operational and strategic improvements. \n
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment materials. \n
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with portfolio company leadership, providing support on critical strategic initiatives and growth plans. \n\n
- Bachelor's degree completed in 2023 or 2024, with a strong academic track record. \n
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, private equity or similar analytical roles. \n
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high motivation and strong interpersonal abilities. \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. \n
- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus, though not mandatory.
