Roles and Responsibilities - Stores Management

- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company procedures
\n- Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and GRN requirements
\n- Ensure proper storage conditions for components (ESD, MSL, temperature control)
\n- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system
\n- Follow FIFO/FEFO for material movement and consumption
\n- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning/purchase for replenishment
\n- Handle material segregation for different customers to avoid mix-up
\n- Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and batch/lot control
\n- Manage inward, outward, and internal material movements efficiently
\n- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counting
\n- Control and minimize material losses, damages, and discrepancies
\n- Maintain 5S, safety, and compliance standards in store area
