Job Description
- Join a legacy brand in the newspaper publications industry. \n
- Drive the B2B sales strategy for the West region. \n\n
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets across key segments, including HoReCa and educational institutions. \n
- Drive end‑to‑end high‑value sales cycles, from presenting tailored solutions to negotiating and closing profitable contracts. \n
- Manage and guide a team of three to deliver on B2B sales performance and ensure consistent results. \n
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends-particularly within HoReCa and education-to uncover new opportunities and strengthen market positioning. \n\n
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for broader strategic and managerial exposure. \n
- 15+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development, with a strong background in selling to Hospitality (HoReCa) and Education sectors. \n
- Exceptional negotiation, communication (English), and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with owners, promoters, and senior stakeholders. \n
- Strong relationship‑building and key‑account management strengths, demonstrated through long‑term client retention. \n
- Proven capability in handling complex sales cycles and closing large, high‑value deals. \n
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to shape effective sales approaches. \n
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite. \n
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
