About the Role
\nInCred Finance is seeking to recruit for the position of Senior Manager in InCred's Data Science Team.
\nInCred Finance is a middle-layer NBFC with a loan book of over 14,000crore and a key player in consumer, MSME and student loans
\nInCred's consumer lending business is driven by proprietary credit underwriting strategies designed by InCred's Data Science Team
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Designing credit underwriting strategies and customer journey for InCred's consumer lending business across multiple digital and phygital channels. \n
- Leveraging market and customer analytics to uncover growth opportunities through city and channel expansion, alongside continuous enhancement of customer journey metrics in current channels. \n
- Tracking credit risk performance of the portfolio, and risk diagnostics to identify levers to further reduce credit risk \n
- Building and maintaining acquisition scorecards for new customers, as well as portfolio level behavioural scorecards for driving cross-sell business \n
- Designing test experiments for discovering the right product market fit for new channels \n
- This role will be a managerial role, with 2-3 business analysts reporting to the Chief Manager \n

Qualifications & Experience:

- 4-7 years of working experience in a retail lending analytics role in FinTech / NBFC / Bank \n
- BTech from Tier 1 engineering college or equivalent \n
- Managerial experience managing at least 1-2 junior analysts \n
