  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • \n
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • \n
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • \n
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing client needs.
  • \n
  • Drive revenue growth within the Retail Health & Beauty sector through effective sales planning.
  • \n
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue dashboards.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15 years of experience in SaaS or IT services sales, including significant exposure to selling to hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • \n
  • Experience selling to the market is an added advantage.
  • \n
  • Strong client‑facing skills with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • \n
  • Willingness to be hands‑on, with a strong interest in building and scaling a team from the ground up.
