Job Description

- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience. \n\n
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. \n
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. \n
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. \n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. \n
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. \n
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. \n
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing client needs. \n
- Drive revenue growth within the Retail Health & Beauty sector through effective sales planning. \n
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue dashboards. \n\n
- Over 15 years of experience in SaaS or IT services sales, including significant exposure to selling to hospitals and healthcare providers. \n
- Experience selling to the market is an added advantage. \n
- Strong client‑facing skills with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships. \n
- Willingness to be hands‑on, with a strong interest in building and scaling a team from the ground up.
