Job Description: Product Manager – Tech & UX (Travel & Expense Platform)
\n Location: Delhi
\n Experience: 2–5 years
\n Function: Product – T&E Platform

\n 1. Job Profile (What this role is about)

\n We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thinks like an engineer and feels like a user. Someone who can own all API integrations, improve product UI/UX, and make our T&E platform fast, simple, and lovable for corporate users.
\n This is a builder's role. You will work with tech, design, sales, partners, and customers to turn problems into clean, easy features.
\n Your goal is simple: make the product work smoothly end-to-end for every traveller, approver, finance head, and admin.
\n 2. Key Responsibilities

\n A. Product & API Ownership
\n Lead all API integrations with banks, HRMS, ERP, travel partners, GST systems, and Gyftr T&E services.
\n Understand API specs deeply — request/response flows, error codes, auth, security, rate limits.
\n Write clear API requirement docs, test cases, and success/failure scenarios.
\n Work closely with backend teams to ensure fast, stable, robust integrations.
\n Manage webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), data sync, and automated workflows.
\n B. UI/UX & Product Experience

\n Improve user flows to make the product easy enough for a new employee to use without training.
\n Own all screens: mobile, web, WhatsApp.
\n Work with designers to build a clean UI, fewer clicks, and faster actions.
\n Bring structured UX thinking:
\n Fewer steps
\n Clear labels
\n Smart defaults
\n Error-free journeys
\n Conduct user testing to spot friction and fix it.
\n C. Product Roadmap & Delivery

\n Convert business needs into simple PRDs and user stories.
\n Plan and own sprints with engineering.
\n Prioritise features using impact vs effort.
\n Track product KPIs: adoption, time-to-complete, drop-offs, performance.
\n Ensure every release is fast, stable, and fully tested.
\n D. Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n Work with Sales & Delivery to understand customer pain points.
\n Work with Growth & Strategy teams for platform improvements.
\n Coordinate with partners, banks, HRMS, and travel suppliers for joint integrations.
\n Ensure every feature is explained well to customer success and support.
\n E. Data, Testing & Iteration

\n Run A/B tests to improve flows and reduce steps.
\n Monitor logs, errors, and user behaviour.
\n Build dashboards with the tech/team to track daily product health.
\n Fix issues quickly with engineering.
\n 3. Key Skills Needed

Tech Skills:
\n Good understanding of APIs, JSON, Webhooks, SSO, OAuth/SAML, and basic SQL.
\n Can read API docs and discuss solutions with engineers clearly.
\n Strong grounding in backend flows, data mapping, and integration logic.
\n Bonus: Experience with HRMS/ERP/FinTech integrations.

Product Skills
\n Strong in writing PRDs, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
\n Experience in UX wireframes, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
\n Comfort with tools like Figma, Postman, Jira, Notion, Miro, and GA.

Behavioural Skills
