Engineer - Execution

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Civil Engineer – Execution to manage and supervise on-site construction activities for high-rise residential and/or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project timelines, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
\n Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
\n Monitor day-to-day site work including RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure activities.
\n Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
\n Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
\n Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
\n Review BOQs, material requirements, and work progress reports.
\n Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
\n Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly execution reports.
\n Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
\n Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
\n Verify contractor bills and work measurements as per project progress.
\n Maintain project documentation, DPRs, checklists, and QA/QC records.
\n Required Skills & Competencies
\n Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction methodologies.
\n Experience in RCC framework, finishing works, industrial structures, and site coordination.
\n Understanding of construction drawings, bar bending schedules, and execution planning.
\n Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.
\n Ability to manage multiple agencies and subcontractors effectively.
\n Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
\n Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
\n Qualification
\n B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
\n Additional certifications in construction management or safety will be an added advantage.
\n Preferred Experience
\n 4–9 years of relevant experience in execution of high-rise residential and/or industrial construction projects.
\n Experience working with reputed real estate developers, EPC companies, or construction firms preferred.
