\nRoles and Responsibilities:
\nDesign and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates across various business functions.
\nPartner with senior leadership to understand talent requirements, business needs, and organizational goals.
\nDevelop and execute recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
\nLead recruitment for senior and mid-level roles by sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting.
\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
\nScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications.
\nPromote the organization as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives and external partnerships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
\nCollaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
\nProvide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and critical role status.
\nAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition and workforce planning matters.
\nDesign and implement effective candidate evaluation techniques, ensuring both technical competency and cultural fit.
\nUtilize psychometric tests, structured interviews, and skill-based assessments in the recruitment process.
\nManage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for selected candidates.
\nAnalyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
\nMaintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring decisions.
\nUse data insights to refine recruitment processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
\nEnsure recruitment processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, especially around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
\nStay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and competitor practices to keep the talent acquisition strategy competitive.
