\nRole Overview
\nThis role is very similar to an Inside Sales profile where the primary responsibility is high
\nvolume outbound calling and demo conversions. The candidate must be comfortable making
\n150–200 calls daily and working towards aggressive booking targets.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nInside Sales & Outbound Calling:
\n"19; Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers. "19;
\nDrive conversions by booking a minimum of 30 demos per day
\n. "19; Educate customers about Epik's Try & Buy model and product demo process.
\nDemo Coordination & Allocation:
\n"19; Allocate booked demos to field demo specialists based on geographical zones. "19;
\nTrack demo schedules and ensure optimal utilization of field resources.
\nCustomer Follow-ups & Closing:
\n"19; Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and calls to ensure demo completion and
\nhigher conversion.
\n"19; Handle objections professionally and convert leads into confirmed demo bookings.
\nCRM & Data Management:
\n"19; Maintain daily call logs, demo bookings, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets. "19;
\nTrack personal performance metrics like call count, demos booked, and conversion
\nrates.

\nRequirements
\n"19; Must be flexible and comfortable making 150–200 calls per day. "19; Prior
\nexperience in inside sales, telesales, or high-volume calling roles preferred. "19; Strong
\ncommunication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (Kannada preferred).
