### Responsibilities:

%CF; Define and own the overall architecture, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

%CF; Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.

%CF; Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

%CF; Architect intelligent agents, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate business processes and enhance customer and employee engagement.

%CF; Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations.

%CF; Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms, and AI services.

%CF; Evaluate and recommend AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.

%CF; Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards, and technical assessments across multiple projects and programs.

%CF; Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are embedded into all solution designs.

%CF; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, technical leads, developers, and project teams.

%CF; Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies.

%CF; Drive innovation by identifying emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and recommending adoption opportunities.

%CF; Support estimation, solution proposals, RFP responses, architecture documentation, and executive-level presentations.

### Qualifications:

#### Required Skills / Qualifications:

%CF; 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.

%CF; 3+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives.

%CF; Proven experience architecting large-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains.

%CF; Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, and Generative AI capabilities.

%CF; Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Patterns, Data Modeling, and Security Architecture.

%CF; Experience designing enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data, knowledge, automation, and conversational AI.

%CF; Strong understanding of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and scalable cloud architectures.

%CF; Experience designing integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Event-Driven Architecture, and External Services.

%CF; Expertise in Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Models, Data Governance, and Compliance standards.

%CF; Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

%CF; Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.

%CF; Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Industry Clouds.

%CF; Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft and API-led connectivity.

%CF; Experience defining Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and enterprise architecture standards.

%CF; Strong consulting, stakeholder management, pre-sales, solutioning, and client advisory skills.

%CF; Experience leading global delivery teams and multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs.
