HR Data Management

  • Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

MIS Reporting

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports
  • \n
  • Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
  • \n
  • Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic HR planning.

Data Analytics and Insights

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Present insights to HR leadership and recommend actionable solutions.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend automation opportunities.

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR data management and reporting.

  • Ensure alignment of HR MIS practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications \n
    \n
  • Education:
  • \n
  • Bachelor s degree
  • \n
\n


\n
    \n
  • Experience:
  • \n
  • 2 5 years of experience in HR systems, MIS, or a related role.
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Power BI MS Excel (Python,SQL highly appreciated).
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • \n
  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • \n
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
