The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities \nHR Data Management

- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness. \n
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies. \n
MIS Reporting

- Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports \n
- Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring. \n
- Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic HR planning. \n
Data Analytics and Insights

- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. \n
- Present insights to HR leadership and recommend actionable solutions. \n
Process Improvement

Qualifications \n

- Bachelor s degree \n

- Experience: \n
- 2 5 years of experience in HR systems, MIS, or a related role. \n
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Power BI MS Excel (Python,SQL highly appreciated). \n
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). \n
- Skills: \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \n
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data. \n
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus. \n
