Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
\n
• Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
\n
• Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
\n
• Good knowledge in Implementing HRMS modules Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.

• Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
\n
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
\n
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
