Job Description

- Conduct financial analysis to support corporate development activities. \n
- Assist in evaluating potential investment and acquisition opportunities. \n
- Perform due diligence and prepare detailed reports for management review. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. \n
- Monitor industry trends and work on pre investment and post investment analysis to assess ROI \n
- Prepare presentations and financial models to support business decisions. \n
- Support the development of long-term growth strategies for investments made \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards. \n\n
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Can be a graduate/MBA/CA degree \n
- 1-2 years of experience in handling Investment, Equity research and M&A analysis is required \n
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. \n
- Experience in the Technology & Private Equity or Investment Banking is preferred \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team. \n
- Strong communication and presentation abilities. \n
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
