- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from Tier1/2 campuses - XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/IIMs preferred) \n
- Proven experience in HR practices within the industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. \n
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
