  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the education tech and academic centric sector.Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely acquisition of top talent.Drive employee engagement and retention strategies for a motivated workforce.Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to team members.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies within the human resources framework.Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.Promote a culture of learning and development through training programs and initiatives.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful HR BP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from Tier1/2 campuses - XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/IIMs preferred)
  • \n
  • Proven experience in HR practices within the industry.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
