Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
\n%CF; Lead Generation - Generating new leads, building and maintain pipeline of prospects
\nwith different methods like Cold calls, Cold emails, Campaigns, etc
\n%CF; Sell Smart, Sell Well- Serve customers by selling products - Schedule meetings and
\npresentations with prospects, customer demos, developing quotes and proposals along
\nwith negotiations for closures as per targets
\n%CF; Tracking - Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by
\nupdating account information regularly
\n%CF; Plannings & Reportings - Developing a growth strategy with quarter and month plans
\n%CF; New Markets - Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
\n%CF; Referrals - Building rapport & taking out referrals from existing clients
\nRequirements:
\n%CF; Passion to take ownership of work, Crazy for business and business development
\n%CF; Track record of maintaining and achieving (even exceeding) sales quota
\n%CF; Presentation skills
\n%CF; Experience in selling to large customers - identifying and maintaining relationships with
\nmultiple stakeholders.
\n%CF; Should have the interest to play with data to come with some great insights to help
\nclients.
\n%CF; Should always be willing to learn and grow.
\n%CF; If you have worked in the consulting space in retail / FMCG in emerging markets, it will
\nbe a huge bonus.
\n%CF; High quality spoken and written English skills.
