Key Responsibilities:

- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - to attract top talents, reduce hiring time and enhace candidate experience. \n
- Will lead, mentor a team of recruiters to ensire they meet the recruitment goals and deliver high quality hires. \n
- Will be responsible to establish metrics and KPI's for effective recruitment - on time hire, cost per hire, quality hire and recruitment data analysis. \n
- Oversee all recruitment process- from job requisition to candidate onboarding \n
- Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidate and create pipeline for current and furture hiring needs. \n
- Work with Marketing and Communication teams to develop and promote companies brand both internally and externally.. \n
- Be updated on the current industry trends, competitor hiring practices and emerging recruotment technologies to ensure company remains competatibe in the the talent market, \n
- Work with business, provide recruitment expertise on current trends and compensation data to assist business leades in decision making. \n
Candidate Requirement:
\n1) 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a graduate/ post graduate degree- Full time.
\n2) Should have experience working and closing positions in the e-commerce, cloud, distribution space.
\n3) Strong leadership and management skills, should have experince in developing and grooming high performing teams.
