\n Key Responsibilities:
\n Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy
\n Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to
\n ensure brand consistency. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Social Media Campaigns:
\n Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget planning, content
\n ideation, and implementation schedules. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor
\n customer reviews. Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry professionals, and
\n influencers. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Analyze social media insights to guide future campaigns and strategies. Qualifications:
\n Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and
\n communication skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
\n Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing
\n channels. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and
\n organizational ability. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications:
\n Experience in the real estate industry or technology sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other media editing software. Certification in Google Analytics or related
