About the Client:

\nRole : Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC Sales
\nExperience : 10 - 20 years
\nLocations : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
\nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. \n
- Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. \n
- Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients. \n
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. \n
Preferred Expertise:
\n- \n
- Strong Captive Sales & Business Development (min 10 years) area experience. \n
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. \n
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. \n
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. \n
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. \n
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. \n
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. \n
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. \n
- Own Business and Portfolio. \n
Education:
\nB.E. / B.Tech or any equivalent full-time degree + MBA (Preferred)
