The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management . This role requires expertise in handling high-volume hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
\nJob Responsibilities:
\nManage end-to-end recruitment including - requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
\nUtilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
\nEnsure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback across all stages.
\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
\nRequirements:
\nProven experience as an Technical Recruiter , handling volume hiring protfolio.
\nStrong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\nProficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools .
