\n\n'A2; Positive assurance of compliance of law, regulations of existing business and contractual obligations of new acquisitions and JV arrangements to entail better risk control mechanism.
\n 'A2; Ensuring substantive compliance on different aspects of legal compliances in the business operations including the areas of Environment Law, Competition law, Factories Act, Antibribery, sanction, territory restrictions etc.
\n 'A2; Accountable compliance process to provide effective risk mitigation plans while ensuring business continuity and governance.
\n 'A2; Implementation of effective compliance regime through process improvement, managing the Online Compliance Tool and periodic upgradation thereof, for risk management while analyzing complex issues and providing effective risk mitigation plans.
\n 'A2; Researching and developing work materials pertaining to compliance framework and Implementation of best practices in compliance management
\n 'A2; Responsible for compliance MIS Periodic reporting to PEC and Sr Management regarding compliance of PIL business at different units.
\n 'A2; Evaluating contractual risks through identification of risk exposure on broad range of complex commercial transactions and ensuring mitigation to insulate the exposure on company.
\n 'A2; Conducting legal audit and reviews at periodic intervals, preparing observation reports, and ensuring that remedial actions are taken in a time bound and collaborative manner.
\n 'A2; Support to Operations team through legal audit mechanism to identify opportunities.
\n 'A2; Capability & awareness building among internal stakeholders through conducting training sessions for developing expertise in emerging legal areas, such as Sanction Anti Bribery , Data protection and Competition Law etc. as also to educate on change in laws , as per the business needs.
\n 'A2; Developing & Implementing structured Process on Legal clearance and preparing guidance notes on areas of law applicable to company business.
\n 'A2; As a custodian of consolidated list of laws, regulations applicable to company business in India and other international jurisdiction where company has its operation, the incumbent is to update on change of laws and regulations from time to time and ensure compliances thereof.
