\nRoles and Responsibility:

- Manage Sales Process and Oversee the entire sales process from enquiry to execution and delivery, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. \n
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met efficiently and effectively. \n
- Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the business plan, adapting product offerings and branding based on customer needs and competitive analysis. \n
- Identify Sales Opportunities by Regularly visit existing customers and engage with consultants and government offices to showcase the product portfolio and generate inquiries. \n
- Enhance Customer Relationships by Building and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business through exceptional service. \n
- Expand Dealer Network by Evaluating and appoint dealers based on target segments and regions, providing robust training and support to drive sales. \n
- Oversee the order execution process, addressing challenges promptly, and respond to customer requests for installations and services. \n
- Establish a performance-driven culture within the sales team to motivate and engage members towards achieving sales goals. \n
