Job Description

- Build, scale, and maintain robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. \n
- Develop and maintain high-quality REST/GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. \n
- Architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure , leveraging cloud-native services end to end. \n
- Drive DevOps practices on the ground - CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident management. \n
- Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 2-15 members, driving delivery, accountability, and technical excellence. \n\n
- Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Boot - you've built production-grade backend systems \n
- Proven cloud expertise on Microsoft Azure (certifications strongly preferred) and working knowledge of AWS \n
- Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development \n
- Strong people management skills - mentoring, performance management, and team building \n
- Built at least one application from the ground up - architected, developed, and taken to prod \n
- Azure certification (, AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305 or equivalent) - mandatory \n
- Hands-on DevOps execution experience
