Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will support the design and execution of major construction projects valued between QAR 1 billion and QAR 1.5 billion . You will work with engineering teams, consultants, and project managers to deliver high-quality buildings on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project coordination for large construction projects.

• Review drawings, plans, and technical documents.
\n
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
\n
• Ensure designs meet client needs and project standards.
\n
• Monitor construction activities to ensure work follows approved drawings.
\n
• Resolve design and site-related issues quickly.
\n
• Coordinate with different project teams to keep work on schedule.
\n
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local building regulations.
\n
• Support project planning and progress reporting.
\n
• Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
\n
• Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience in construction projects.
\n
• Proven experience in executing mega construction projects.
\n
• Experience handling projects valued between QAR 1 billion and QAR 1.5 billion .
\n
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building regulations.
\n
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
\n
