Job Role : Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Analyzing the company s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
\n - Using various channels to source candidates
\n - Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
\n - Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
\n - Building relationships with applicants and past employees
\n - Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.

Required Qualifications:
\n
\n - UG/PG any stream
\n - Experience: 1-2 years
\n - Strong communication skills
\n - Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates
\n - Familiarity with applicant tracking software
\n - 2+ years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment (Data science and cloud functions)
