Job Description
- Global Capability & Technology Centre in Logisitcs/ Maritime industry \n
- HR Operations and analyst role \n\n
- Ensure data analysis and reporting in HR operations to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. \n
- Coordinate and maintain data on employee onboarding and offboarding processes. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. \n
- Assist in payroll processing records and ensure timely resolution of employee queries. \n
- Prepare and generate HR reports for management and stakeholders. \n
- Support the implementation of HR systems and processes for improved efficiency. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve HR-related concerns. \n
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and organisational compliance requirements. \n\n
- A relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Experience in HR operations, ideally in MNC \n
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements. \n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools. \n
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and addressing challenges.
