  • Ensure data analysis and reporting in HR operations to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and maintain data on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • \n
  • Assist in payroll processing records and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
  • \n
  • Prepare and generate HR reports for management and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and processes for improved efficiency.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve HR-related concerns.
  • \n
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and organisational compliance requirements.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful HR Ops Analyst should have:

  • A relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Experience in HR operations, ideally in MNC
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • \n
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and addressing challenges.
