Job Description
- Opportunity to lead the Modern Trade and Quick Com vertical \n
- Opportunity to work directly with the Founders \n\n
- Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade (MT) and quick-commerce channels. \n
- Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. \n
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery. \n
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned channels. \n
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and skill development. \n\n
- Should have minimum of 8+ years of industry experience post \n
- Very strong experience in Modern Trade and Quick Commerce key account Management \n
- Leading JBPs, TOTs and driving strategic initiatives for key accounts \n
- Strong relations with key accounts like Reliance Retail, Dmart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc.
