2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.

3. Identify and onboard quality Agency Partners to expand the distribution network.
\n
4. Coach, mentor, and motivate Agency Partners to improve productivity and performance.
\n
5. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to support the team.
\n
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Agency Partners to ensure long-term engagement.
\n
7. Monitor business performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
\n
8. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
\n
9. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and enhance customer experience.

Experience:

• 4-8 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel or Variable agency channe
\n
• Prior experience in team handling and driving sales performance is mandatory.
\n
• Strong leadership, recruitment, coaching, and relationship management skills.
\n

Education: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 45 years
