    The Talent Management Manager will lead the design and execution of the organization's talent development and management strategy, aimed at strengthening leadership readiness and functional capability.   • Design and execute the annual talent roadmap aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs.

  • Embed the organization's talent philosophy and EVP into all talent initiatives and communication.

  • Link EVP initiatives with talent programs to enhance engagement and aspiration.

    \n Talent Identification & Assessment

    \n
  • Institutionalize talent review processes and facilitate calibration discussions with CXOs and business leaders.
  • \n
  • Build managerial capability for sharper talent identification and manage assessment tools aligned to leadership and functional competencies.
  • \n



    \n Talent Engagement, Development & Career Mobility

    \n
  • Drive career and development conversations for top talent segments.
  • \n
  • Design personalized and collective development journeys, collaborating with internal and external experts.
  • \n
  • Implement the 2x2x2x2 career framework and strengthen functional pipelines through readiness frameworks and career lattices.
  • \n
  • Support Talent Marketplace launch and adoption for seamless mobility.

    \n Talent Analytics & Governance

    \n
  • Strengthen business ownership of the talent agenda through governance reviews and transparent reporting.
  • \n
  • Redesign and drive adoption of Talent Dashboards for visibility on readiness and engagement.
  • \n
  • Leverage analytics to inform decisions, track ROI, and monitor pipeline health.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • MBA in HR from a premier institute ( XLRI,IIMs, SCHMRD, XIMB, SIBM, TISS from batches will be prioritised
  • \n
  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organisational Development.
  • \n
  • Strong expertise in career pathing, assessment tools, and leadership program design.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive large-scale talent initiatives.
  • \n
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution rigor and analytics orientation.
