Job Description
- Work with global GCC setup \n
- Opportunity to Lead the O2C Tower \n\n
- Supervise and manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. \n
- Monitor and improve the accuracy of invoicing and payment collection activities. \n
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. \n
- Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation of accounts related to O2C activities. \n
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. \n
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure optimal performance. \n
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. \n
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. \n\n
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. \n
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and best practices. \n
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools. \n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- A proactive approach to process improvement and team management.
