Working Days: Monday – Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)

\n About the Role:

\n

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication and branding execution across digital, social media, advertising, events, and offline touchpoints.

\n

The ideal candidate should possess strong visual aesthetics, typography skills, branding understanding, and experience in creating modern youth-focused communication.

\n

This role requires someone who can independently conceptualize and execute creatives while collaborating closely with content, video, and marketing teams.

\n

What You'll Do:

- Design creatives for social media, paid ads, websites, events, print designs, merchandise, emailers, presentations, and branding campaigns.

\n

- Create visually compelling communication aligned with IIDE’s evolving brand identity.

\n

- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

\n

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

\n

- Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming.

\n

\nRequirements \n

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience.

\n

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media work.

\n

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.

\n

- Strong typography and layout understanding.

\n

- Experience working in fast paced creative teams.

\n

Requirements \n
\nQualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
