\n1. Lead generation
\n- Create and maintain sales funnel of retail project sites (non-IHB)
\n- Create lead via meeting/calling builders, architects and contractors (identified CML and beyond)
\n- Create leads via cold calling & indexing for trade projects
\n2. Lead conversion
\n- Follow up on the trade projects leads generated (through cold calling, entered by SE/ISR, Contractors) within first contact TAT of 24 hours
\n- Pitch product features, provide demo & pitch MYKL brand. Schedule consultation with technical services if needed at the site.
\n- Schedule consultation with technical services if needed at the site.
\n- List down the key influencers (procurement, design, quality) apart from builder/contractor/architect on the site.
\n- Classification of leads as Warm/Hot/Cold at any point in time with next contact timeline mentioned
\n- Maintain healthy conversion ratio in the identified lead funnel; conversion ratio to be defined based on source of leads
\n- Converted leads to be assigned to channel partners basis prioritization logic for fullfillment
\n3. Influencer Management - Builder /Class B+C Architect/ Contractors (GCs & Large tile contractors) (Non-IHB)
\n- Identify and onboard relevant stakeholders (contractors, architects, builders etc.) with profile to the Customer Master List
\n- Visit relevant stakeholders at identified frequencies, generate leads which should be added to LMS system
\n- Educate about tile adhesive category and promote MYKL brand amongst these stakeholders
\n- Engage with the influencers as per the design engagement model (WIP)
\n- Push for premium product range; drive participation in influencer program (if launched)
\n- Maintain detailed reports on specification, conversion and engagement
\n4. Application Execution
\n- Ensure proper demos/sampling and application at sites
\n5. Customer complaint handling
\n- Resolve complaints within 24 hour TAT; involve Technical services if needed
\n6. Reporting & documentation
\n- Update Daily activities as per DRCP into the SFA app
\n- Provide reports based on request
