Job Description:

• Battery Design Experience: Knowledge of battery chemistries, cell configurations, packaging design, and thermal management. Hands-on experience in designing battery systems for applications such as electric vehicles.

• Battery Modelling & Simulation: Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, COMSOL, or equivalent to analyze performance, predict behavior, and optimize designs.
\n
• Battery Testing & Characterization: Experience with battery testing and characterization techniques, including testing protocols, equipment operation, and data acquisition.
\n
• Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ISO, or AIS for battery testing.
\n
• Battery Management Systems (BMS): Knowledge of BMS architecture, components, and communication protocols, and their integration into battery systems.
\n
• Electrical Components: Experience working with contactors and relays.
\n
• Design Validation: Experience in preparation of DVP (Design Validation Plan) for lithium-ion cell safety tests.
