\nThe Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across functions. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \n- \n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout \n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles \n
- Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) \n
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure role fitment \n
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement \n
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment \n
- Track and manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in ATS and reporting systems \n
- Drive closure efficiency , including offer discussions and negotiation support \n
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates \n
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices \n

- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across roles/functions \n
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) non-negotiable \n
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring volumes effectively \n
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills \n
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation \n
- Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and tracking ability \n
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced hiring environment \n
