\n - Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably in projects involving .NET full-stack development.
\n - Strong understanding of .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
\n - Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
\n - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
\n - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
\n - PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification is a plus.
