\n\nJob Description
\n\nLead the Pan-India sales strategy for the Pipes & Fittings business, driving sustainable primary and secondary sales , expand, and manage a robust distributor and dealer network across all key markets and and lead the national sales organization, including hiring, capability building, performance management, and succession planning.Strengthen channel engagement with distributors, dealers, plumbers, and contractors through structured market activation.Monitor competition, pricing, schemes, and market trends to refine go-to-market and growth strategies.Partner closely with production, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure availability, forecasting accuracy, and governance.
\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\n10-15 years of experience in Pipes & Fittings / Plumbing / Building Materials, with Pan-India track record in distributor-led business expansion and secondary sales experience in National or Zonal Sales leadership execution mindset with the ability to operate at ground level while driving strategy.
