Roles and Responsibilities :
\n
> Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
\n
> Ensure optimal resource allocation (manpower, machines, materials).
\n
> Monitor production output to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.
\n
> Lead and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and operators.
\n
> Ensure adequate training and skill development.
\n
> Collaborate with QA/QC for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
\n
> Implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
\n
> Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities.
\n
\n
Qualification :
\n
> Education - B.E./B.Tech Or M.E in Mechanical Engineering.
\n
> Experience - 20+ years in production management in the auto component sector.
\n
> Should have Knowledge in quality systems, tools and techniques
\n
> Should have Knowledge in JIT Products.
\n
> Should have experience in handling large teams.
\n
