Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

\n * Define and execute the GenAI strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.

\n * Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents for enterprise applications.

\n * Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI for automation, personalization, and operational Technical Expertise & Development

\n * Design and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks like OpenAI GPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, etc.

\n * Build and fine-tune foundation models and develop domain-specific AI models for business use cases.

\n * Develop AI-powered applications including chatbots, content generation systems, code assistants, and intelligent automation tools. * Implement prompt engineering, model optimization, and guardrails for responsible AI Team Leadership & Collaboration

\n * Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and developers.

\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Business) to integrate GenAI into products and workflows.

\n * Drive best practices in AI development, MLOps, and model Innovation & Research

\n * Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI.

\n * Experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.

\n * Publish research, contribute to open-source projects, and represent the company at AI Deployment & Scalability

\n * Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

\n * Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

\n * Ensure AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

Education

\n * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

\n * PhD in AI/ML is a plus. Experience * 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI.

\n * 3+ years in a leadership or senior technical role managing AI projects and teams.

\n * Proven track record of deploying production-grade GenAI solutions at scale.Technical Skills

\n * GenAI Frameworks: OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI.

\n * Programming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (, SQL.

\n * ML/DL Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.

\n * Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (AI Studio), GCP (Vertex AI).

\n * Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant.

\n * MLOps Tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes.

\n * APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, Microservices. Domain Expertise

\n * Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents.

\n * Experience with NLP tasks (text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition).

\n * Knowledge of AI ethics, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
