Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project \n
- Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and deliverables \n
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status \n
- Identify schedule deviations and analyze impacts on project timelines \n
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs \n
- Track critical path activities and highlight potential delays and risks \n
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) for execution planning \n
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review \n
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies \n
- Support resource planning and allocation based on project timelines \n
- Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and validate progress claims \n
- Ensure integration of all project activities into a master schedule \n
- Assist in cost control by aligning planning with project budgets and forecasts
