Sr. Brand Manager- FMCG
Job Description
The incumbent of the position shall handle Brand and P&L for assigned
\nFMCG categories.
\nKey Responsibilities :
\nDevelop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals.
\nConduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
\nOversee the lifecycle of products within the category
\nDrive innovation and new product development in collaboration with R&D and other stakeholder teams.
\nManage category budgets, pricing, and profitability.
\nMonitor and improve gross margins and cost structures.
\nCollaborate with sales, supply chain, and other stakeholder to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
\nDefine and implement channel-specific strategies.
\nLeverage consumer research and data analytics to guide decision-making.
\nStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
\nLead and mentor a team of Assistant brand managers and executives
\nFoster a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration
\nCandidate Requirement:

- 4-7 years of experience in brand management of experience from FMCG - Food industry \n
- Education: MBA from premier institue \n
