Job Description

- Monitor and troubleshoot MES-related issues to ensure minimal downtime. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective implementation and support of MES projects. \n
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. \n
- Maintain documentation for MES processes, updates, and troubleshooting guidelines. \n
- Assist in system upgrades and patches to enhance MES functionality and security. \n
- Provide training and guidance to users for effective utilization of MES systems. \n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize system performance. \n\n
- A strong educational background in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. \n
- Experience working with MES systems in the Energy & Natural Resources industry, particularly in the Oil sector. \n
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions. \n
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and documentation processes. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. \n
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing areas for improvement in system performance.
